Contraindications, side effects, etc.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to prednisolone or related corticosteroids. Contraindicated in patients with untreated bacterial, fungal, or viral eye infections.
Warnings: Prednisolone acetate is a corticosteroid and may increase the risk of elevated intraocular pressure, cataracts, and secondary eye infections. It should be used cautiously and under supervision.
Common Side Effects: Common side effects include increased eye pressure, eye discomfort, and transient blurred vision.
