1 drop daily beginning 24 hours before cataract surgery, repeat the day of surgery, and then 2 weeks post surgery

Contraindications, side effects, etc.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to bromfenac or related NSAIDs. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of asthma, urticaria, or other allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs.
Warnings: Bromfenac may cause stinging or burning upon instillation and may temporarily blur vision. Systemic absorption can occur, potentially leading to systemic side effects. Prolonged use should be avoided.
Common Side Effects: Common side effects include stinging or burning sensation, transient blurred vision, and increased redness in the eye.
