Inhibits bacterial enzymes DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin or any component in the formulation. Warnings: Not for injection or subconjunctival use. Common Side Effects: Eye irritation, dry eye, keratitis, conjunctival hemorrhage, increased lacrimation, eye pain, and headache.
