Mechanism of Action

Inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, recombination, effective against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to ofloxacin, other quinolones, or any component of the product. Warnings: Not for injection into the eye. Common Side Effects: Burning, stinging, itching, foreign body sensation, redness, pain, dryness of the eyes, photophobia, tearing, or blurred vision.
