Mechanism of Action

Inhibits protein synthesis by binding to 30S ribosomal subunit of bacteria, effective against various Gram-negative and some Gram-positive bacteria.

Contraindications: Allergy to tobramycin, viral or fungal eye infection. Not for use in children <2 months. Warnings: Impaired vision and reactions, avoid contact lenses. Common Side Effects: Eye itching or redness, mild burning, stinging, irritation, itchy or puffy eyelids, blurred vision​​.
